The food and catering sector is facing radical changes in Europe, with an exponential need for workers with sustainability and digital skills. SSPICE IT! project carried out different activities to increase VET teachers and learners’ awareness of the relevance of sustainability, update VET curricula by integrating green and digital skills, and increase the capacity to assess these skills. In particular, during the project, co-funded by the European Commission within the Erasmus+ Programme, the 7 partners involved designed a Training Programme and a Game-base Assessment Tool regarding Sustainability in the Food and Catering sector. The material has been tested by 5 VET centres in 4 different countries and the finalised version is now available. You will find here the Training Programme, with its manuals for teachers and for students, as well as the Assessment Tool. All material is available in EN, ES, FR, IT, GR, PT and RO.
